The expected outcomes of this course: To assess and treat people with low back pain, sciatica, and/or piriformis syndrome actively with the goal to reduce pain the first week with only two or three gentle exercises (in crooklying - including MY version of transversus abdominis strengthening), education, and a strategy. Plus, how to modify the Cat/Cow proactively to benefit a person’s alignment and avoid the dreaded Dowager’s hump.
